In all discussions about the development of people, we have brought to the fore the importance of the systemic vision of the educational actions offered by Networked Universities. It takes more to being a University than merely addressing itself as such; rather, it means developing as an organizational strategic tool, including internal and external partners who can collaborate with the reduction of the multilevel learning curve.

In contemporary society, wealth is created through social and innova- tive organization and, therefore, public and private organizations are constantly encouraged to form learning organizations in which learning is continually fostered throughout employees’ careers and, and whose actors are proactive participants in learning networks with leaders that seek to promote collaborative learning environments.

Consequently, the new demands of the knowledge society require edu- cational activities to make a difference. Moreover, the impacts of digital transformation generate new challenges and opportunities for univer- sities, which need to align their institutional structure and culture with the demands of society’s development.

This context causes the Education System to be more widely implemented in organizations that demonstrate concern for more efficiency, innovation and competitiveness, in order to deliver the expected value in the end.
